• Booking Management: Online booking system for travel experiences and transportation services

RoadRavel acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with travel planning tools and chauffeur service providers. We facilitate bookings but are not directly responsible for the execution of transportation services, which are provided by independent driver partners.

2. User Responsibilities

By using RoadRavel's services, you agree to:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• RoadRavel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers (including driver partners)
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
• Our liability does not extend to personal injury or property damage occurring during transportation services, which are the responsibility of the service provider

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination of Access

RoadRavel reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
